Specify an adhesive dispensing machine by the joint, adhesive and application pattern it must produce. A tank or pump description alone cannot establish that the finished package will bond.
Select carton-sealing hot melt around the board, bonding interval and distribution conditions, using a trial record to qualify the closed package.
Accept a folder gluer on the finished carton and the production blank it must handle. Check board and crease behavior before assuming that a side-seam defect can be corrected by changing the glue.
Investigate hot-melt stringing through nozzle geometry, adhesive conditions and airflow before making a recorded equipment adjustment.
Trace hot-melt labeling faults through adhesive supply, label transfer and the overlap seam with a structured record for process checks.
